What type of aluminum is my Sig made of
I have an older Sig 226 stamped slide and German proofs. The old gal Has seen better days and has lots and lots of rounds through her. I need to reanodize the frame any advice? Any one know what type of aluminum she is made out, of the finisher wants to know? The finisher said that the frame may loose .002 per side will that be a problem?
