What should or can I do?

I have a "New/Unfired" Sig P229 40 S&W frame w/ Nickle finish. The frame is Alloy with a Nickle finish that was produced by Sig Sauer/SigArms factory! I've never seen this offered, that's why I jumped on it. I was looking for a Stainless-Frame and end up with an Alloy-Frame with a Nickle Finish.

I don't need the frame. I could be used for parts or a swap(cosmetic change or a Brand-new Frame) for anyone's current Sig P229 in 40S&W!

I bought the gun New/Unfired. The reason I'm posting just the frame for is that I want the slide from this gun to be used on my P229 Sport!

What should I do?

1man - I suggest you get an account on www.sigforum.com and list it (free of charge) in the classifieds. There is a very good chance you could sell the complete pistol, or put it up for trade for a sport.

I believe you have a much better chance to sell it complete and then get what you want.

FYI - neither SIG nor their primary distributors are making this all-nickel model any longer, in any of the "P" series pistols. There are still a few all nickel pistols available (primarily the P220/45ACP) but all are disappearing quite quickly.
