When Taurus brought out the Judge and touted it as a "concealed carry" personal defense revolver, all I asked was WHY?

| I guess that Taurus found an unfilled niche, Sarge. Their marketing strategy appears to have been correct, as the Judge and it's variants have been VERY successful. If I didn't have a 642 for pocket carry, I would consider the Governor for 6 rounds of .45ACP. (I have a 4" 625-3 Model of 1989 in .45ACP, which is my favorite S&W revolver) The Governor is an N frame, however, and not really conducive to pocket carry. I would NOT own a Taurus if I won it in a raffle, so I never considered the Judge. I read somewhere that most Judge purchases were made by NEW CCW permit holders, who obviously read the Taurus ads, and drank the Kool-Aide.....
