Does anyone know the Patent Number for the First S&W Double-Action Breaktop Revolver? This is the one that was chambered in both .44-40, and .38-40. I've heard it said that this Gun is just an Enlarged Version of the Double Action .32s and .38 S&W Caliber Breaktops Smith and Wesson used to make, but I can't find their Patent Either. Thank You.
