| Springfield Defender Sights problem
I have a Springfield Defender slide that I put on a Fusion frame and now I want to start on the sights. I would like anything other than the sights that are on it. I would like the adjustable sights that springfield is using on their target models. Here's the problem. I know a competant gunsmith can cut the rear of the slide, but where can I find a front sight? I would like a tritium or fiber optic but realize that is probably unlikely as the sight is not very long. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

These guys have great prices on sights; especially Trijicon. OpticsPlanet.com - Binoculars, Sunglasses, Night Vision Goggles, Riflescopes, Flashlights, Telescopes, Rangefinders, Microscopes - Hunting, Outdoor, Science, & Military Gear I've never seen such a set up; you might consider having a gunsmith mill that slide to accept a more available sighting system |
