Not impressed with STI yet

I emailed them several months ago with a question and received no reply. I'm again in the market and emailed them several days ago with no reply. Is this the normal thing with them?

So, does anyone know if they sell direct to the public, I live a short drive from them.

Will they do custom things like sell me a Ranger without an engraved slide?

Hello. Yes, if they have it in stock, you can buy it right there. I'm wondering if they shut down for vacation. I may be wrong, but it seems like they might shut the plant down at the same time. Might be wrong. Give 'em a call. They're very easy to get along with.

I walked in down there with a buddy who was picking up a couple of customized pistols and wound up buying a .45 Trojan myself.

i emailed them on friday night the 6th of feb and recieved an e mail today with an answer i have also called them a couple of times and have had nothing but good conversations they were nice, informative, and very helpfull. maybe its a fluke with your situation give them a call

They answered the phone today and said they would send me a replacement pin for the one in the rear sight that sheared off yesterday.

I have never tried emailing them, but when you call they are ever so helpful! I bought a used Trojan that I am having feeding problems with. Called them up, told them I bought the gun used, and they are still going to fix it.

Give them a call, you will be glad you did.

Yeah, contrats that with the Para Ordnanace 1640 LDA LTD I paid almost $1000 for which has had nothing but problems. I called Para and they said: "Sorry... yours was made before the warranty."
