| STI Tactical Lite 4"
Good day, gentlemen, I have not posted in this forum before, but handled an STI for the first time yesterday and wanted some input from you experts. I was attending the Suncoast show in Tampa yesterday, and apperently, Accurate Plating and Weaponry is carrying STI pistols. Handled a couple of the single stack stack models when the very nice gent at the table says "ever think about a hi cap". I tell him no, that my fingers wont accomodate a wide grip. He hands me a Tactical Lite model w 4" slide. Wow!! this pistol felt great. He explains that they can take the grip down even more and texture it. That, and remove the 'mag culvert' and this might be worth a look as a carry pistol. So, please, you guys w Tactical Lite models, gimme your thoughts. Dan |
